Battlefield 1943 Can Now be Played on The Xbox One

Yes, it is official! Battlefield 1943 is now backward compatible on the Xbox One. In a twitter post, Larry Hryb, the Director of Programming for the Microsoft gaming network Xbox Live confirmed that the old Battlefield 1943 will be playable on the Xbox One.

For those who don’t know, Battlefield 1943 is a FPS game developed by DICE on the old Frostbite 1.5 engine and released on July, 2009 for the XBOX 360 and the PS3.
