Final Fantasy 14 Patch 6.1: Release Date, Details, and More
Next week, Final Fantasy 14 Patch 6.1 will be released. Aside from a new trailer, players also get patch notes about all the new content coming in the newest update for Final Fantasy 14.
Final Fantasy 14’s newest patch contains new content for players to enjoy
In the latest Letter from the Producer for Final Fantasy 14, a release date for the new patch was confirmed. Coming on April 12, players will have access to a new story that continues after Endwalker. Moreover, there are new dungeons, an Alliance Raid that can feature 24 players, and A Realm Reborn.
The official trailer gives players a sneak peek of the brand new quests and game modes
Since the story picks up from Endwalker, players will encounter some familiar faces in the brand new update for Final Fantasy 14. Notable characters like Tataru, Y’shtola, and Estinien were all present in the trailer so that’s something avid gamers can look forward to.
Furthermore, the trailer also gave us a sneak peek of gameplay for the Alliance raid and the PvP mode. In the PvP mode, players are divided into two teams who battle it out to either stop or take control of the payload.
