As you might already know, Genshin Impact is currently celebrating its first anniversary and is treating its fans with a lot of exciting stuff. Version 2.1 brings a web event called Engraved Wishes which will grant players more in-game as well as real-world awards. So, without any further ado, here’s what we know about it.
Schedule and Rewards
First of all, you need to be Adventure Rank 20 or above to be eligible to participate in the event. The event will have three phases and the following is how the schedule looks like:

“The first anniversary of Genshin Impact’s release is upon us! Travelers can send Wishes and have the opportunity to create their own personal anniversary memories by engraving their messages onto Paimon’s blocks”, says miHoYo’s official website.
All you need to do is send your wishes to miHoYo to commemorate Genshin Impact’s first anniversary. You need to write down a message containing up to six English characters/numbers on a block. After reception and verification, 50,000 lucky players will be able to engrave their six characters on a physical building block of Paimon.
When the wishes are collected, miHoYo will randomly select 100 lucky participants; each of whom will receive an Amazon gift card valued at US$50. Also, from all event participants, they will randomly select one participant to receive a PlayStation®5 Digital Edition Console. The console in question is valued at US$827.
Rules
- When writing the block message, please do not display content including any kind of personal information.
- Anything written within the 6 characters that discriminate against race, gender, religion, ethnicity, politics, region, or contains content aimed at bullying will not be eligible for block certification. Such content will be disqualified from being engraved onto the blocks.
- Each account (UID) must participate in sending only one wish.
- Wishes will also be displayed at the Wish Showcase Area on the main page of the website
- Engraved wishes event is available for Travelers on the following servers: America, Europe, Asia, TW/HK/MO
- Lastly, the address information once filled cannot be amended after confirmation of submission.
