Genshin Impact on Epic Games Store June 9

BY JC Paredes 5 years AGO 2 MIN READ

MiHoYo, the creator of Genshin Impact, has unveiled that the widely known game will be available on the Epic Games Store by the 9th of June. Although the game is already obtainable on PC since the start, it has only been via miHoYo’s own launcher.

The Epic Games Store add-on gives it a convenient product page in the shop. As well as all the advantages of visibility and such. If the schedule rings a bell, it’s because it’s also the start of the “Midsummer Island Adventure” update for Genshin Impact’s Patch 1.6.

All parties concerned were very clever to release the Epic Games Store at the same period as Patch 1.6. The new update includes the first actual indications at the Inazuma province, optional costumes, and Kaedehara Kazuha, a brand-new Anemo-attuned explorer.

That’s only the beginning. Players will be able to jump right into the action because the game will be available on the Epic Games Store that day.

“When developing Genshin Impact, one of our main focuses has been to make the game available on a wide range of platforms so players can play alone or together with friends regardless of how they choose to play it,”
Forrest liu, President of mihoyo

Midsummer Island Adventure

The “Midsummer Island Adventure” update for Genshin Impact Version 1.6 will be released on June 9th, as previously stated. Genshin Impact is presently obtainable for the PS4, PS 5, PC, and handheld platforms, and is completely free to play.

In my writing role, I've earned recognition from Wikipedia and Nev Schulman (Catfish TV Show host) for my insightful analysis and engaging narrative style. I'm passionate about all things gaming, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for uncovering hidden secrets within games. My gaming journey began at a young age, captivated by titles like Resident Evil and Tomb Raider. Today, I enjoy exploring open-world RPGs and MMORPGs, consumed by their lore and crafting theories about their narratives. I'm also drawn to the suspenseful atmosphere of horror games and the intricate narratives of crime-themed titles, bringing a unique perspective to my writing. Beyond gaming, I have a fascination with anything unexplained and chilling, a passion that often spills over into my exploration of horror games. When I'm not engrossed in a virtual world, you can find me curled up and spending time with my adorable doggy sidekick, Teemo. As Managing Editor, I'm committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our writing team. I communicate openly with my team members, addressing any content-related issues and providing guidance to help them excel.
