Genshin Impact Patch 1.6 is nearing completion, and with the summertime arriving, it appears that gamers are ready to partake in island and sea activities before the Inazuma region goes live. With 1.6 comes a slew of new content, including new threats, activities, costumes, characters, and more, as seen in the latest broadcast.
Release Date
Patch 1.6 will be launched on the 9th of June and will include 2 new banners: Kazuha and Klee. Kazuha will appear in a new Archon mission in which you must find a way into the sealed Inazuma. Klee will appear in a new event in which you must safeguard Dodoco, her stuffed toy.
Housing System
- Your characters will be able to live in the Serenitea Pot, thanks to the new housing system. You can gain Companionship EXP over time by characters in the domain, and the rate increases with your Adeptal Energy status.
New Banners
A Genshin patch will not be complete without character and weapon banners!
- Kazuha is the latest Sword user who possesses the Anemo element, which enables him to buff his squad’s elemental reactions while also providing enemy CC.
- Klee will play a major role in Genshin’s upcoming events. Klee is a powerful main DPS persona whose skills and damage output make her among the game’s most powerful.
- New Weapon Banners:
- Mitternachts Waltz – 4★ Bow
- Freedom-Sworn – 5★ Sword
New Challenges
- Kaboomball Kombat
- Dodo encampments must be defeated. These fortresses will fire Kaboomballs, which must be reflected back using a Dodo Guard. The task can be completed in co-op mode with 2 gamers, and the rewards obtained can be used to purchase items and an exclusive activity name card.
- Never-Ending Battle
- Defeat both regular and Berserker foes. You will be able to obtain buffs by annihilating objectives known as Momentum Discs and will defend your way across attackers in order to achieve a high rating.
- Legend of the Vagabond
- Over the course of 7 obstacles, you must defeat various bosses. You may choose your difficulty rate by specifying the requirements in which the bosses will be fought. Applying more difficulties will lead to a higher rating, and prizes are based on the final score.
Midsummer Island Adventure
- 1ST STAGE: Take command of a Waverider boat to obliterate opponent towers. In addition, you must avoid whirlpools and destroy barriers surrounding the towers.
- 2ND STAGE: Use a boat + your gliding to collect insignias.
- 3RD STAGE: A new challenge against the Maguu Kenki, a samurai-like enemy inspired by Inazuma. Maguu Kenki is immune to ranged strikes and can awaken phantoms to inflict Anemo or Cryo DMG.
- FINAL STAGE: Invade opponent camps using various Harpastum bombs.
