Distracted by Something Shiny has no time limit because it is a unique research mission; however, you may only get it if you use Pokémon Go on the Secrets of the Jungle celebration. To learn more, follow our article!
The Distracted by Something Shiny special research’s stages and revealed prizes are listed below. Additionally, because this portion includes mission spoilers, we suggest passing it if you’d rather be shocked.

Shiny Celebi is added as a result of this Special Research, and trainers must accomplish 3 phases of missions in order to obtain the pink onion fairy. This one is facilitated by Jessie & James, the infamous Team Rocket combo from the Pokémon anime and films.
As previously stated, when you start the game and click on the Jessie and James logo, this task will be permanently activated, so don’t feel pressured to finish it right away!
