Genshin Impact: How To Spawn Time-Specific Fishes

Genshin Impact is one of the biggest games today and it isn’t going to stop being big anytime soon. Genshin Impact Version 2.1 is now live and one of the most interesting things it brings along is the new fishing system.

If you have started exploring the fishing activity, you must know that there are certain time-specific fishes in Genshin Impact. While most fishes are available 24/7, some of them only spawn at certain in-game time frames. That is exactly what we’ll be helping you with today.

Time-Specific Fishes

Obviously, to catch time-specific fish, you have to be at the right place at the right time with all the right equipment. So first let us know all about the time-specific fishes and the time they spawn. As of now, to our knowledge, there are 4 time-specific fishes which are:

Just to be clear, we are talking about the in-game time here. So, basically, all you have to do is skip the in-game time to the desired time at the desired place. For example, if you want to catch Raimei Angelfish, skip the in-game time to Dusk or Night. In case, the current in-game time is within the range, then you just need to get the right equipment and catch them.

How to Skip Time?

At this point, we are pretty sure most of you must be aware of how to skip in-game time. If not, don’t worry as we’ve got you covered. You can skip as much as you want as many times as you want. There is only condition that the skip must be more than 30 minutes. Here’s what you’ll have to do in order to skip the time:

• Open up the Paimon Menu
• Click on the clock icon to check the current time
• Now click on the clock hand and hold, then turn the clock hand to the moment which you want to skip to
• Click on the Confirm button and wait

Once you skip to the desired point it time, you will need the right fishing rod and the right bait. 5 types of rods available in Genshin Impact are Moonstronger, Wilderness rod, Windtangler (Mondstadt), Wishmaker (Liyue), and Narukawa Uzai (Inazuma). There are currently 4 types of baits are, Fruit Paste Bait, Redrot Bait, False Worm Bait, and Fake Fly Bait. Choose them wisely and get ready to fish!
