You can’t just walk into a shop and buy a few of these rare goodies. Rather, you must be willing to work hard in order to obtain as many as possible!
- Field Research Task
- Field Research will give out Rare Candies, so try and ensure you’re completing tasks that are applicable.
- Raids
- Rare Candies are usually awarded for winning raid fights, so forming a team and going on a few raids every day is worthwhile!
- PvP
- It’s not just about self-satisfaction when you get those Wins on against trainers. Rare Candies are dropped by victory on both basic and premium!
Rare Candy Uses
- If you waste your candies on a Pokemon that doesn’t require them, you won’t get a reset, so choose wisely.
- They’re best for rare encounters with Pokemon. Because these are relatively uncommon, you won’t be able to find many candies for them.
- If you have a Pokemon who takes a long walk to level up, it’s wise using a few rare candies to help them out. Matter of fact, the best Pokemon are known to require longer walks!
- Don’t throw away your candy on IV Pokemon. Give them on your most proficient Pokemon. They could be given to Legendary Pokemon, so bear this in mind if you want to impress your mates with the strength of your Legendaries.
