Is Uncharted 4 Coming To PC? Sony Reveals
The short answer is Yes. Uncharted 4 is, in fact, coming to PC, according to Sony.
In their recent Investor Relations document, Sony has laid out plans for “New Growth Vectors” for PlayStation Studios. This includes developing more service-led experiences within their first-party roster, release games both on and off console, create new fans for their IPs and target new geographies—China, Philippines, and India. In the same slide, under “More PC Releases planned”, they have listed Uncharted 4.

It doesn’t come as a surprise as Sony has been releasing their other first-party games on PC as well, such as Horizon Zero Dawn and Days Gone.
The document also touches on many different topics, such as how Sony is aiming to have 50%+ of the console market share with the PS5, compared to PS4’s 45%. Sony also considers Returnal a success.
