Linkin Park as a band has remained in everyone’s hearts after their Nu Metal and Rock hits Hybrid Theory and Meteora. They previously released a 20th anniversary edition album for the former and will release a special edition for Meteora too.
The upcoming release will consist of various new songs included with original 2003 releases. Last month fans got to hear the reanimated voice of Chester Bennington again with Lost, which moved everyone after his tragic passing.

Throughout decades, Linkin Park has always experimented with various genres to give new types of songs with every album. However, to make the Meteora album special, their biggest hit, the band is digging their past, remastering echoes of voices left by loved Chester Bennington.
Linkin Park’s 20th anniversary edition Meteora album will be released on April 7, 2023. The album is said to include various unreleased songs like demos and so on. The band has already released two new tracks from the upcoming album – Lost and Fighting Myself.

The latest song closely resembles the style of music that was found during the Nu Metal era. Thus, it is making everyone feel the old days of Linkin Park in 2023 with a new track. Fighting Myself features the iconic duo of Mike Shinoda and late Chester Bennington.

Fans are appreciating how the song sounds like the early Nu Metal era and makes them feel nostalgic. People also felt sad for Chester, whose voice everyone cherished. The lead singer of Linkin Park took his life back on July 20, 2017, which fans mourn still after years.

Fighting Myself is all about how human try battle with their dark emotions and how people fail to express themselves. However, the song tries to tell listeners how they should break free of these emotions to win the fight.
