Professor Willow was openly discussing Hoopa in a given script attached to Pokemon GO in the game’s most recent update. The dataminers believe that Hoopa might be the Ultra Unlock reward in Pokemon GO. Maybe the missions finished during Pokemon GO Fest will simply establish a future task where trainers can catch Hoopa.
