Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: Reliable Leaker Reveals New Details

The infamous Pokemon Game leaker, Riddler Khu, is back at it again as he reveals some more details for the upcoming Pokemon video game, Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

Riddler Khu does not just give out simple hints. He loves doing cryptic tweets as well as some mind-boggling riddles.

The reliable leaker seems to not miss. He was right about Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, then the Pokemon Legends: Arceus followed. Recently, Riddler Khu is hinting once again about some details about Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet New Details

Back in February, Riddler Khu hinted a subtle hint about what could be the possible starting Pokemons (and their types).

Well, he was right once again. Back in March, we had already seen what are the three starting Pokemons – Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. Judging from his tweet, all of these are Gen 9 Pokemons. Also, Fuecoco is the Fire Croc Pokemon while Sprigatito is the Grass Cat one.

Now, Khu is teasing us once again with another riddle

The gaming community tried to decipher the riddle, but there is one answer that came close. The symbol included in Khu’s tweet means the number 3 (san) in Japanese. While there is no strong evidence yet, some are already connecting the number 3 to a possible Pokemon THIRD-TYPING.

What is Third Typing?

For starters, Third Typing means that the third evolution of a Pokemon is very different from its original and second evolution.

If Sprigatito is a Grass-type Pokemon, then it evolves to a Grass/Fighting type, the third evolution should be different, like Dark, Ghost, or anything.

Just recently, Khu posted another leak in a form of a Pokemon Masters X image

In his post, he said that there are about 10 hints that can be deciphered in the image. It’s still hard to uncover hidden messages here, but there are some hard-to-miss ones.

The number “151” could mean there are a total of 151 Pokemons in this Generation and the number “26” could mean new forms or new types. The Pokemons shown above (Garchomp, Regirock, and Zekrom) are all legendary Pokemons but from different generations. This might lead to Pokemon Scarlet & Violet putting pseudo-legendary Pokemons in the game. Finally, the No.9 could only mean Generation 9. After all, this is just a hint and we are all just trying to solve the puzzle.

For everyone’s information, this was posted on April 1st. As we all know, April Fool’s day is a thing in China (where Riddler Khu resides), which just means this could be another April Fool’s joke. Nonetheless, Pokemon fans are excited about what is in store for them!
