GTA 6: Will Take-Two’s earnings call reveal more?
With Take-Two Interactive (Rockstar’s parent company) hosting their earnings call on May 16th, 2024, the question on everyone’s mind is: will we finally hear more about Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6)?

Let’s not forget the awesome first trailer for GTA 6 back in December 2023. It featured a female protagonist, which was a huge deal. This announcement came during a previous Take-Two earnings call, so there’s a chance history might repeat itself. Rockstar’s recent purge of their Instagram posts, leaving only 14, also has some fans speculating a connection to the upcoming earnings call (the 15th post maybe?).
What Fans Are Hoping For
The trailer left us wanting more (in a good way!), and fans have plenty of burning questions:
- New Trailer or Screenshots? A deeper look at the game would be amazing – a new trailer or even screenshots showing off the environment, characters, or how the game plays.
- Release Date and Platforms? While a specific release date might be a dream, some hope for info on platforms (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, maybe even Nintendo Switch?). Whatever the case may be, we certainly hope it won’t be a “delayed” announcement!
Let’s be honest, a major GTA 6 announcement isn’t guaranteed. The focus will likely be on Take-Two’s overall performance and future plans. But hey, there’s always a chance for some juicy hints about upcoming projects, including GTA 6! No matter what happens on the call, keep an eye on Rockstar’s official channels for future updates. Their social media and website are where they’ll first reveal any major GTA 6 news.
The December trailer with the female protagonist was a fantastic first step, and fans are pumped about the next chapter in the GTA 6 saga. The May 16th call could bring exciting news, but the anticipation for this epic game is strong regardless!
