Mirror’s Edge Remastered Coming February 2022?

BY JC Paredes 4 years AGO 2 MIN READ

Among the fresh entries and projects that vow to rekindle old loves for gamers, we gather today to discuss previous triumphs that may return to make us dream once again. We’re talking about a restored version of a video game that achieved history by enthralling a big number of people. It’s been 13 years since the game was initially released and its remaster is rumored to be coming soon!

It is rumored that it will arrive in 2022. The date is in the month of February, approximately. Meanwhile, because this is a leak/speculation, you should use skepticism when hearing such stories. It’s also true that, with the new year approaching, any announcement or denial is now only a matter of time. Nevertheless, reliving the exploits of Faith Connors might not be a bad thing. Then who knows, The Game Awards 2021 is just around the corner.

Mirror’s Edge

Faith, the lead of Mirror’s Edge, may make a comeback in a remastered version of the game. Our goal is to protect our beloved sister Kate, amidst all the chaos. The latter was wrongfully implicated in a politician’s assassination.

With her parkour talents, the game involves an incredible runner who must keep something she holds secure. In reality, it protects sensitive information that must leave from the other side of the mirror with vigilance.

After the first chapter’s success on PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2008, you may believe you can finally relaunch the saga with a decent restoration.

Since March 2021, I've worn two hats at Spiel Times: a writer and a Managing Editor. In my writing role, I've earned recognition from Wikipedia and Nev Schulman (Catfish TV Show host) for my insightful analysis and engaging narrative style. I'm passionate about all things gaming, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for uncovering hidden secrets within games. My gaming journey began at a young age, captivated by titles like Resident Evil and Tomb Raider. Today, I enjoy exploring open-world RPGs and MMORPGs, consumed by their lore and crafting theories about their narratives. I'm also drawn to the suspenseful atmosphere of horror games and the intricate narratives of crime-themed titles, bringing a unique perspective to my writing. Beyond gaming, I have a fascination with anything unexplained and chilling, a passion that often spills over into my exploration of horror games. When I'm not engrossed in a virtual world, you can find me curled up and spending time with my adorable doggy sidekick, Teemo. As Managing Editor, I'm committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our writing team. I communicate openly with my team members, addressing any content-related issues and providing guidance to help them excel.
