Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Accused of Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl in 2000: Lawsuit Alleges Celebrity Involvement

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Accused of Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl in 2000

In a shocking new development, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl in a lawsuit filed as part of a series of recent sexual assault allegations. The lawsuit claims the incident took place in 2000 at a Video Music Awards afterparty held at a residence in New York City.

According to the victim, she was given a laced drink, which incapacitated her, and was later assaulted by Combs and another male celebrity, while a female celebrity allegedly looked on.

This accusation is one of five new lawsuits filed against Combs, which span incidents from 2000 to 2022. The plaintiffs in these cases include both men and women, all of whom accuse Combs of sexual assault or rape. These lawsuits follow a mounting wave of legal challenges that began last year, with his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accusing him of sexual misconduct, a lawsuit that was quickly settled.

Combs’ legal troubles have only escalated since, with his homes raided in connection to ongoing investigations. Combs was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, and remains in federal custody as he awaits trial. His legal team, however, has firmly denied all accusations, calling them “false and defamatory.”

The latest lawsuits against Combs are being led by prominent attorney Tony Buzbee, who has represented numerous sexual assault cases, including those against NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson. Buzbee has spoken publicly about the volume of allegations, revealing that his firm has received over 12,000 calls from potential victims and witnesses.

Combs Denies All Allegations

Combs’ legal team has continued to refute the allegations, asserting that “the truth will prevail” in court. They argue that the recent lawsuits and accompanying press conferences are mere attempts to gain publicity. Despite these defenses, the flood of accusations has raised serious questions about Combs’ past and the safety of the entertainment industry environments in which these alleged incidents occurredWith more lawsuits expected, this legal saga is far from over, leaving both Combs and his accusers to face a protracted court battle.
