Star Wars 1313: Boba Fett Gameplay; What Could Have Been
The most ambitious LucasArts game of its time, Star Wars 1313, was never released. After announcing the project in 2012, it was praised for its high-quality graphics and action sequences. However, Disney’s acquisition of Lucasfilm and the film’s license a year later guaranteed its demise. It wasn’t long before we learned that Boba Fett, the bounty hunter from the original trilogy, would be the star of the next movie. Let’s take a look at this character in action, thanks to a newly released gameplay footage.
A variety of battle animations and interactions with objects can be seen as Boba Fett roams about a neighborhood. The animators were able to go above and beyond anyone’s expectations. Even though this is a 10-year-old project.
George Lucas’ Request
According to a report in 2013, LucasArts chose to tweak the tale so that it highlighted Boba Fett at George Lucas’ request when he reviewed the developer’s work before its debut presentation. However, several issues and revisions plagued Star Wars 1313, according to sources; there was always the possibility that it would never materialize.

Later, Disney signed a 10-year exclusive arrangement with Electronic Arts that led to the development of a number of projects for mobile and LEGO as well as remasters and rereleases of older games. Some of the games included are Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order 2 and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – Remake from QuanticDream.
