Super Typhoon Karding (Noru) update

• On Sunday afternoon, September 25th, Karding made its first landfall in Burdeos, Quezon. It raged another one in Dingalan, Aurora during the night. It cruised over Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Zambales before it emerges this Monday morning on the coastal waters.
• Noru is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility today at night, September 26th. The typhoon continues to weaken as it headed toward the West Philippine Sea last Sunday night.

• Here is the current Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) due to typhoon Karding in the Philippines from the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
