Ubisoft Unveils The Details Of Their Uplay+ Subscription
While the online subscription service offering continues to grow both for series like Netflix and for video games like EA Access, it is not surprising that Ubisoft also wants to be part of this.
Announced at E3 2019, Uplay + is, therefore, a new monthly or annual subscription system that adds to the already plethoric offer on the service market. What characterizes Uplay + unlike its competitors is, as Brenda Panagrossi, vice president of Platform and Product at Ubisoft, says:
The added value of Uplay + is that not only will you be able to enjoy our catalog of over one hundred games and DLC but you will also enjoy our future releases. Subscribers to Uplay + will be able to play premium editions of Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Watch Dogs Legion. Add to that the next titles such as Gods & Monsters and Rainbow Six Quarantine, Uplay + is filled with new titles for the first twelve months of existence of the service and that for only 14.99 euros per month.
Let’s take a closer look at the features of this subscription. First of all, you will have access to a catalog of more than a hundred games, a catalog constantly expanding since it will contain the latest games released as well as the older titles of the publisher. This game catalog will in most cases be entitled to premium versions if it exists but be careful as mentioned in the Uplay + website.
