Upgrading the Town Hall to level 15 in Clash of Clans will unlock all new buildings, troops and spells. You can now setup the Spell Tower, the Monolith and use the Electro Titan, Recall Spells and the Battle drill during the attacks.
However, the Town Hall will have an upgraded Giga Inferno Tower as well as other maxed out defenses. At this moment you would need a proper strategy to destroy a TH15 base completely and gain 3 stars from an attack.
5 best attack strategies to 3-star TH15 in Clash of Clans
1. Electro Titan
The Electro Titan will be unlocked at this level and is a powerful troop occupying 32 housing space in the army camp. Moreover, this strategy also uses lightning spells that pushes the strength of Titans during the attacks.
Place a couple of Electro Titans on the left and right of the base to clear the corner buildings. Now deploy all other Titans on a line from a side and the heroes at the center. The King and Queen can be deployed first to lead the battle while you can use the Grand Warden at the very last to support your troops from behind.
Use the rage and freeze spells when your have breached the core and encountered Inferno towers, some heavy defenses or the Monolith. You can spam bat spells to counter the single target defenses like the Inferno Tower.
2. Golem Witch Spam
This strategy takes advantage of the high hitpoints of the Golem which is followed by the Witches. Spells used during this attack are some Bat and freeze spells.
Deploy a Golem on each side of the base, and then the Witches following them. Place the heroes in the middle along with the clan castle troops and the Log Launcher as well. The Log Launcher will break the walls and help the troops to enter the core of the base instead of getting separated.
The Golems will attract the attention of all the defenses towards them and are aided by hordes of skeletons from the Witch. Once the troops from the middle reach the center where the majority of defenses are located, you can drop the freeze spells as well as bat spells to distract them. this will help 3-star the base easily.
3. Yeti Titan Witch Spam
The brute strength of the Yeti is utilized with this attack strategy. Place two Yetis on either side of the base and three witches behind them on both sides. Deploy all other troops, the Electro Titans, the rest of the Yetis and the heroes from the center.
Use the Siege machines and a single Rage spell at the center to breach the base and allow your troops to enter the area from the center. This will help you completely demolish the base from inside.
Use Freeze and Rage spells strategically once your troops are inside, and the poison spells on the enemy reinforcements to increase your chance of winning.
4. Root Rider Valk Strategy
This attack uses the destructive power of the root Rides and Valkyries to funnel your way into the base. The spells used consist of Rage, Freeze, Healing and Poison Spells.
Use Apprentice Wardens at the center that will guide the troops will less hitpoints such as the Root Riders and Valkyries who will be behind them. Deploy the Log Launcher Siege machine to destroy the walls and let the troops enter inside the base from the center.
Once you encounter the Inferno towers, X-bows and other heavy defenses like the Eagle Artillery, use the Rage or the Freeze spell to quickly finish them off. Use Healing spells at critical points to ensure the strength of your army stays consistent.
5. Queen Charge Root Rider
This strategy uses the Queen to lead the battle from a corner of the base. Other than Root Riders, the troops included in this attack strategy are Healer, a couple of Ice Golems, Headhunters, Warden Apprentice and some base clearing troops such as an Archer, a Giant, a Wizard and a Goblin.
Deploy the Queen at one corner and put all your Healers behind her to aid her. Once she destroys some of the buildings, drop the Loons when the focus of the defense is on the Queen. From the other side deploy all your other forces with the Ice Golems leading the others.
While the Queen takes charge of the base from one side, all your other troops will start destroying from the other corner. Ultimately, you will be able to get a 3-star victory.
