More goodbyes at Activision Blizzard. Credible sources tell the Kotaku portal that Luis Barriga, the Diablo IV game’s director, has left the company. Jesse McCree, a level designer, and Jonathan LeCraft, a World of Warcraft designer, also leaving.
“We can confirm Luis Barriga, Jesse McCree, and Jonathan LeCraft are no longer with the company..” He continued “We have a deep, talented roster of developers already in place and new leaders have been assigned where appropriate. We are confident in our ability to continue progress, deliver amazing experiences to our players, and move forward to ensure a safe, productive work environment for all.” – Activision Blizzard Spokesperson
It’s unclear how much the Diablo IV director’s departure will have an impact on the game’s future development. Activision recently updated fans on the status of Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2. They confirmed that both games are making good progress. However, you’ll have to wait a little longer before seeing them in action.

According to the allegation, as early as 2019, Brack knew that staff members were quitting the company due to widespread inappropriate behavior and gender discrimination. Employees had also complained to the company’s HR department about unequal wages and duties, according to the report.
Additionally, employees claim that the company did not take appropriate action measures. This is despite multiple complaints to HR personnel and executives, including Brack.
