Call of Duty x The Terminator
Expect The Terminator Operator in Call of Duty soon
Talks about The Terminator arriving in Warzone as an Operator have been around for over a year now. And although they were rumors at first, we finally have confirmation from Activision about the new Operator coming to the game.
Through a series of cryptic tweets, the official Twitter account for Call of Duty posted teasers related to The Terminator.

The first tweet related to The Terminator was a single silver bar among gold bars. At first glance, it doesn’t look like much. Most players would think that it’s just a reference to the theme of the new season.

Both Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone are starting Season 4 with its theme, ‘Mercenaries of Fortune’. However, a closer look at the lone silver bar shows faint writing on the object.
Then, Call of Duty’s official Twitter account followed up with another tweet. But this time, they revealed the words written on the silver bar.

And if ‘SKYNET’ wasn’t enough for a teaser, the image was accompanied by a very obvious caption.
Release date
Although Activision did confirm the rumors that The Terminator is coming to Call of Duty, they did not provide a release date for the skin bundle. But since they posted the teasers after Season 4 went live, we’ll most likely get the skins in the coming months.

Additionally, Reloaded updates for Call of Duty go live a month after a new season arrives. So if Season 4: Mercenaries of Fortune started on June 22, we can expect The Terminator bundle to arrive in around late July.
But of course, we have to wait for an official announcement from Activision regarding the release date. Fingers crossed that we’ll get our hands on the bundle earlier than late July.
Call of Duty is no stranger to featuring pop culture icons in their games and releasing them as playable Operators. In the past, we’ve had action characters like John McLane and Rambo to Ghostface from Scream as playable Operators available in limited-time bundles.
It’s safe to say we’re definitely looking forward to playing as T-800 and T-1000 out on the battlefield in Call of Duty.
