On PC, Dota 2 update 7.31b (hotfix) has been released (Steam). The current version contains various fixes and hero balancing, according to the official Dota 2 patch notes.
Previously, a large update brought plenty of bug fixes and enhancements to the game’s quality of life. Unfortunately, many users continue to have problems while playing the game. A couple of these flaws will be addressed in Dota 2 patch 7.31b, which was released today.

GENERAL
- Mana cost reduction now stacks diminishingly
NEUTRAL ITEMS
- Brigand’s Blade: Bonus Damage per missing HP is now physical instead of magical
ITEMS
- Boots of Bearing: Endurance unslowable duration reduced from 2s to 1.5s
- Orchid Malevolence: Now requires a 300 gold recipe (Bloodthorn total cost also increased by 300)

BATRIDER
- 
Sticky Napalm Shard now has a 50% chance of applying Sticky Napalm on attack
