Greatshields are more effective at blocking and defending you from opponent attacks, sacrificing mobility. Instead of parrying, this form of shield is excellent for lowering damage.

LOCATION
- Found in a chest east of the ruins in the Caelem Ruins. It is necessary to overcome the treasure room’s Mad Pumpkin Head Duo.
- You must battle the Mad Pumpkin Head Boss of the Caelem Ruins to obtain the Visage Shield in Elden Ring. These ruins can be found near the Smoldering Wall, along the Caelid Highway, east of the Rotview Balcony.
