Fallout 76 Won’t Arrive To Steam, Confirms Bethesda

Fallout 76

Bethesda’s upcoming retro-futuristic and post-apocalyptic RPG, Fallout 76, won’t release on Steam. The game will be available on PC only through Bethesda.net. Here’s a snippet from Bethesda –

Both the B.E.T.A. and the game will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC (via Bethesda.net only). Stay tuned for exact B.E.T.A. timing for each platform here and @Fallout on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Please note that the B.E.T.A. for Xbox One will begin first, followed by other platforms.

Our current plan for the B.E.T.A. is it will be the full game and all your progress is saved for launch. We hope you join us!

With the ongoing popularity of Fallout 76, Bethesda is trying to push out its own launcher to a wider audience, ditching Steam, the biggest digital distribution platform for PC games.

With more news arriving for Fallout 76, we came to know of the game’s beta. Fallout 76 B.E.T.A will grant you access to the entire game, letting you explore the complete world of Fallout 76. Additionally, all your progress will carry over when the game releases.

Make sure you subscribe to our push-notifications and never miss an update on Fallout 76. Until next time, Happy Gaming!
