Forgotten Anne

The story-driven adventure by developer ThroughLine Games is finally making its way to Switch. Square-Enix is the publisher for the game and its currently available on PC/Mac, PS4 and Xbox One.

Earlier today, Square-Enix confirmed the news and mentioned that the game will be releasing internationally next year. Though early reports from Famitsu said the game’s ready for release in Japan, Square Enix immediately confirmed it for the Western countries as well.

Forgotten Anne is a cinematic adventure that sets in a fictional world called Forgotten Lands where all mislaid items from the human world – the odd socks, the lost letters, the missing toys – are sent to linger. It’s the job of the Forgotlings – creatures formed out of all of these missing items – to help the trapped Anne and Master Bonku find their way home.

Forgotten Anne was initially released for the mentioned platforms on 15th May this year. There’s no clear release date for its Switch version, but 2019 is confirmed. Upon its release, the game will cost you $19.99 or ₹1499 (approximately).
