Week 8 of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 has begun, and a new set of challenges awaits you. These tasks can be accomplished between now and the end of the season, and each one will reward you with 2,000 XP.
The challenges for this week are a little random. We’ll walk you through each task and show you how to get as much XP as possible.
Fortnite: Season 2, Week 8 Challenges

HOW TO ACCOMPLISH |
Damage Opponents within 10 meters with a Drum Shotgun |
The Drum Shotgun is a full-auto shotgun that deals massive damage. You’ll have to get near enough to attack them, but once you’re in range, you can just start firing. |

Travel 1000 Meters in the Choppa |
Choppas were introduced for financing at the Seven Outposts in the most recent update, and several are currently available across the map. If you want one, be aware that there will most likely be other players looking for one as well. |

|
Plant Saplings at Bomb Crater Clusters |
Planting saplings – There will be a luminous ghostly figure of a sapling somewhere near the largest crater at each bomb location. You only need to approach it and press the button when requested. To accomplish the challenge, you must perform this in each of the three places. |

|
Detonate Remote Explosives while Sliding |
Remote explosives are quite uncommon. Plant your Explosives with the ‘fire’ button and detonate with the ‘aim’ button while holding the Remote in your hand. |
|
|
|
Call in an Air Strike on a Tank |
The Air Strike is a Legendary item that might be discovered in chests across the map. It resembles a smoke grenade and may take a while to locate. Toss it towards a tank and it will be destroyed by missiles. |

|
Refuel a Repair Torch at a Gas Pump |
The Repair Torch is an item that can be used to repair damaged automobiles. Use up part of the Repair Torch’s ammunition and take it to a petrol station when you receive one from random loot. You should be prompted to refill the Repair Torch while holding it. |

|
|
Deal 500 Damage to Enemies with the Combat SMG |
The Combat SMG is a straightforward firearm that you’re probably already familiar with. It has extra-damaging common, uncommon, and rare varieties, but it doesn’t matter which one you use. To complete this challenge, simply locate an enemy, point the weapon, and fire. |

Open Three Cash Registers |
A cash register can be looted in any shop. There are other petrol stations all throughout. You’ll get a few bars of gold for looting a register, which you can spend on whatever you like. |

|
|
Get an Elimination with a Pistol, SMG, or Shotgun |
Pistols, SMGs, and shotguns are all readily available. You’ll be finished with this task in no time. |
|
