It’s Coachella season and of course, Fortnite is not about to let this week-long music and arts festival pass! The special Coachella event in Fortnite brings different challenges and quests players need to complete in order to score some exclusive rewards. In this guide, you’ll learn how to complete the Coachella challenges and quests in Fortnite as well as the rewards you get for doing so.
Fortnite launches a limited-time Coachella Island for the Challenges and Rewards
To celebrate Coachella, players can log into the game and access a new Island in Creative mode where the challenges and rewards are live. The Island Code for this event is 5449 – 4207 – 1280. All you have to do is enter this code after accessing Creative mode to access it.
On the other hand, you can also head over to the Discover tab from the Lobby and look for the event-themed Island there. Although Coachella Island will be retained in the game even after the festival ends in real life, the challenges and quests only run for a limited time.

Fortnite x Coachella starts on April 13 and ends on April 28, 2023, so don’t miss out on all the sweet rewards you can get from completing challenges and quests!
Week 1 Challenges and Quests
In the first week of Fortnite x Coachella, players need to complete the four challenges and quests. Take note that you can only complete these goals on Coachella island!

Players won’t have a hard time looking for these objectives since you can find them on the event-themed Island.
- To locate the Sky Stream, it is a platform you can interact with in order to start floating in the air. You can soar through the skies in Fortnite with this feature!
- As for the Jump Pads, these are small platforms that will also launch you into the air as soon as you jump on them.
- Coins are found all around Coachella Island. You can easily tell as soon as you spot one.
- Finally, the Mirage Speedrun course is quite tricky since you need to complete a challenge while also looking out for the hidden music notes. However, don’t put too much pressure on yourself and enjoy the special Fortnite x Coachella event while doing the obstacle course!

Week 2 Challenges and Quests
There will also be new challenges and quests coming to Fortnite x Coachella in Week 2.

Similar to the challenges and quests in Week 1, these are simple to accomplish.
- To launch Fireworks, all you have to do is start the Firework Show. Once the countdown finishes, your character will have a special weapon. Aim at the sky and use the weapon to take part in the Firework Show!
- For the second task, you can use any Spray to accomplish this. Make sure you are on Coachella Island and then face any wall. Use any Spray and the quest should be completed.
Tiger Root bonus goals
By completing 1, 3, and 5 quests and challenges, players receive exclusive Fortnite x Coachella cosmetics. Here are the rewards for doing so:
- ‘Coachella Sunrest’ Spray – Complete 1 Coachella Island quest and challenge
- Cact-eye Emoticon – Complete 3 Coachella Island quests and challenges
- ‘Music pack and Hi-Fi Cactic’ Spray –Â Complete 5 Coachella Island quests and challenges
Another task you can complete to score an exclusive Loading Screen is also available now! Log onto the Fortnite x Coachella website to track your progress. Once done, you will receive the following reward in your Locker.
