Recent leaks about the abilities and constellation of Kirara from Genshin Impact 3.7
In recent times, HoYoverse has pushed its marketing team to reveal characters ahead of their patch to keep the player base excited. This time, they have revealed Kirara as their upcoming 4-star Dendro character from Inazuma. She has been the talk of the community for a while. However, her potential in-game was still unknown which is why Mero stepped in with the leaks.
According to the leaks, the “Dendro Catgirl” will be a support unit in the game. Her abilities are hardwired to provide shields to her allies. Here is every detail about her potential abilities on release.
Elemental Skill
Kirara’s Elemental skill will be called “Meow-teor Kick”, which will have separate activations. For the ‘Press’ version, Kirara will leap into the air to kick the nearby enemies inflicting Dendro DMG. Additionally, she will create a ‘Shield of Safe Transport’ which can absorb damage based on her Max HP.

The ‘Hold’ mode will deploy a similar shield that can stack on top of the ‘Shield of Safe Transport’. She will also enter into the ‘Urgent Neko Parcel’ state by curling up into a delivery box. The condition will increase her movement speed similar to that of Sayu’s Elemental Skill in the game.
Now, these are some of the characteristics of the ‘Urgent Neko Parcel’ stance:
- She can bump into enemies and apply Dendro DMG.
- Her movement speed, climbing speed, and jump will be enhanced at the cost of increased Stamina consumption.
- Reusing the “Meow-teor Kick” after the duration ends will unleash ‘Flipclaw Strike’ dealing AoE Dendro Damage.
- She can maintain a delivery box stance for a maximum of 10 seconds.
Elemental Burst
Kirara’s Elemental Burst, the “Secret Art: Surprise Dispatch”, will send a Special Delivery Package on activation. It will deal AoE Dendro DMG and explode, dispersing multiple ‘Cat Grass Cardamoms’ on the field. The Cardamoms will further explode on enemy contact or after a short duration in the game.

Kirara’s 1st Ascension Passive will allow her to stack shields every time she hits an opponent during her ‘Urgent Neko Parcel’ state. She can stack a maximum of 3 shields with each absorbing 20% damage.
Her 4th Ascension Passive in Genshin Impact will allow her to deal increased damage from her skill and burst. The bonus damage will depend on her Max HP.
Finally, her character passive will allow her to hunt for Fowl, Raw Meat, or Chilled Pork without startling the source creatures.

Steed of Skanda | After active character(s) protected by Shields of Safe Transport or Critical Transport Shields hit opponents with Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks, Kirara will perform a coordinated attack with them using Small Cat Grass Cardamoms, dealing 200% of her ATK as Dendro DMG. DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Burst DMG. This effect can trigger once every 3.8s. |
| 6. Countless Sights to See | All nearby party members will gain a 12% All Elemental DMG Bonus within 15s after Kirara uses her Elemental Skill or Burst. |
