Genshin Impact: Shenhe Domain In 2.4, New Leak

Each Genshin Impact update has a beta period, which typically begins when the previous patch was live on servers. When Genshin Impact version 2.3 went online, the 2.4 beta was released. miHoYo has established an odd trend of disclosing new characters prior to the beta’s release. This is most likely because the characters will leak regardless.

Although the Genshin Impact version 2.3 has only recently been released, various leaks have already disclosed a great deal about Version 2.4, which is expected to launch on January 6, 2022. Two more characters will be available to the playable roster, according to miHoYo’s official social media pages.

Lumie, one of the most reliable Genshin Impact leakers- a few weeks ago that beta leaks suggest Shenhe’s dungeon will be in version 2.4. There is still no official word on Shenhe’s rarity, but this dungeon strongly suggests that she will be a restricted five-star banner character.

• The official image has validated previous reports regarding her element, and she will be a new Cryo character. Despite the fact that most leaks suggested she would use a catalyst, the announcement confirmed that she will be wielding a polearm.
• In terms of playstyle, she’ll most likely be one of the game’s most powerful sub-DPS characters. A recent leak on the same subreddit disclosed a great deal about her kit:

Passive

• Her party members earn a huge damage or skill bonus when Shenhe’s Elemental Skill is in effect. (hold or tap).

Elemental Skill (Tap)

• Shenhe may rush forward while delivering Cryo damage, similar to Xiao’s skill.

Elemental Skill (Hold)

• For a couple of seconds, delivers AoE Cryo damage.

Elemental Burst

• Sealed Spirit’s power is in effect, letting it wander and cause Cryo damage across a wide area. The ghost will leave a field effect that reduces foes’ Cryo and Physical Resistances in the area.
• If Shenhe and Yun Jin will be on the same banner, neither official information nor trustworthy leaks exist. However, prior leaks have suggested that Ganyu and Xiao may receive a banner re-run, implying that update 2.4 would follow the same pattern as its predecessor, with a double banner re-run on one cycle and two new characters on the other.
