According to Bloomberg, Amazon has set the dates for its ‘Black Friday in Summer’ shopper’s celebration. The online retailer has yet to make a formal statement about the timeframes, but it stated in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this year that the occasion would transpire before the 3rd quarter.

Amazon’s Prime Day is a yearly sale event open only to Prime members. It typically includes one or/ two days of deep discounts on a handful of products from a variety of categories.
As stated above, it was reported that Prime Day 2021 will commence on June 21 & 22.
