GTA 6: Classic GTA Features We Want To See

“Oh sh*t, here we go again”. Rockstar is rumored to have their newest entry in the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) franchise – GTA VI. Though there is no exact release date yet, there are rumors and speculations that the game will be released in 2024. With that being said, after almost a decade of GTA V, fans will be seeing a new addition to the Grand Theft Auto universe. But if I am a fan, what should I expect? In this article, we will be listing some classic GTA features we want to see in the next installment, GTA VI.

CLASSIC FEATURES WE WANT TO SEE IN GTA VI

For many of us, GTA has been part of our wonderful childhood. From GTA I, GTA II, and GTA III, then to spinoffs like GTA San Andres and GTA Vice City up until GTA IV and V, we’ve seen almost everything we wanted to see in Los Santos. But, even though we look for new things in newer games (e.g. graphics, storyline, etc.), we also tend to look for classic features to reignite the nostalgia. Listed below are some of the best classic features we wish to find in GTA VI.

Gambling and Gangsters

Grand Theft Auto will never be complete without two of the perfect recipe for disaster: Gambling and Gangsters. Surely a noble man would want to live peacefully in a town full of nice people, but a man of culture will not! A city full of thugs, mafia, and drug dealers is a thing of beauty in GTA.

Rumor has it that GTA VI could return to Vice City. Not only will we be seeing the bright lights of Vice City, but there’s also a high chance that additional cities/towns will also be featured in the game. Because of that, a lot of people are wishing GTA VI to be more… explorable. Fans are hoping for more access to buildings and infrastructures and a possibility to purchase more safehouses just like old times in GTA San Andreas. After all, everybody would love to purchase a home by the beach!

Character Customization

Everyone loves a good-looking avatar in Grand Theft Auto, I mean, EVERYONE! May it be a child, an adult, a man, or a woman, everybody wants that character to be dazzling in every way possible.

Truth be told, hand-to-hand combat in Grand Theft Auto is not the best. It’s not that realistic but what the fans love about the game is everyone in the city loves to put on a show during a street fight, well, at least not all. GTA VI could re-vamp this feature in the future. The least they (Rockstar) could do is improve it even just a bit.

Sports and Luxurious Cars!

Remember that cheat code “everyoneisrich” wherein you make everyone in the game rich? Well, if you do, you probably remember all the fancy cars after activating the cheat. Though GTA V featured some of the best vehicles in gaming history, we definitely want to see them again in GTA VI. I hope Daniel Mac asks “What do you do for a living” – in GTA!

For more than two decades, Rockstar has put the pedal to the medal when it comes to creating open-world role-playing games (RPGs). This renowned video game developer is responsible for popular games like Max Payne, Red Dead Redemption, and of course, their best-selling title, Grand Theft Auto. Due to the success it had, many tried to replicate GTA throughout the years (*cough* Cyberpunk 2077 *cough*). The most recent installment GTA had was GTA V which was released back in 2013. Now, after many years of mods, updates, and online play, a new installment could be well underway.
