How To Open Dragonspine Secret Gate – Genshin Impact
The icy mountainous region of Dragonspine is brimming with mysteries. From hidden chests to abundant resources that Travelers need on their adventure, the treasures are endless. However, some of the mysteries take a little longer to find than the others. But don’t worry, we’re here to let you in the secret!
The Secret Gate
A huge stone passageway, imprisoned behind a mechanism, stands above one of the dungeon entryways to the Starglow Cavern. Before gamers can enter, they will need 3 items. Because there are no mission indicators stating where such items are, identifying them can be difficult.
This hidden room is part of a greater mystery buried deep within Dragonspine. This is how to unlock the gate and get your hands on the treasure inside!
Three Boxes
The Scribe Box, Priest Box, and Princess Box are required for the gate. These boxes can be found all over Dragonspine, and they’re easy to overlook, particularly for people who dislike the region’s Sheer Cold mechanic.
Scribe Box
- Between Starglow Cavern and Entombed City Outskirts, on a gravestone near the teleporter.
- To uncover the chest enclosing the box, give 3 Cecilia flowers to the gravestone.
Priest Box
- Alongside the road south of Wyrmrest Valley, on highest point of a ruined tower.
- Gather 3 Anemograna to generate an updraft leading to the tower’s pinnacle. The chest will be laying there, surrounded by Crystalflies.
Princess Box
- The small island to the east of the Snow-Covered Path teleporter.
- To unveil the chest, engage with the sword in the center of the islet and defeat the 3 Abyss Mages.
How To Open The Gate
Once you’ve gathered the boxes, go to the secret room and present them to the mechanism. Luxurious Chests and an Ancient Carving can be found within the room, which will unlock the Ancient Palace’s sealed Vault Door. If you want to get the Snow-Tombed Starsilver claymore, you will need the Ancient Carving.
