Horizon Zero Dawn Trilogy Planned By Guerrilla, Initially Targeted For A PS4 Launch

Horizon Zero Dawn has been one of the most critically acclaimed PS4-exclusives released till now. Owing to the success of the first game, Guerrilla Games was all set to release Horizon Zero Dawn is all set to get a sequel on the PS5. Today, a number of details about the upcoming game have been revealed.

VGC has revealed in a report that Guerrilla Games is planning for a trilogy of the fan-favorite Horizon Zero Dawn franchise. What’s interesting is the fact that Guerrilla is planning to include co-op in the game. It is said that the original game was supposed to have the co-op feature, which was eventually dropped as Guerrilla wanted to focus on other aspects of the game.

Finally, it is also mentioned that the game was slated to launch on the PS4, but Guerrilla eventually decided to focus on next-gen consoles.
