One Piece Episode 1066 is finally here and it sets up one of the most iconic moments in the entire series. Fans finally got to see Big Mom finally go all out against Kid and Law in a last-ditch attempt to take them down. It seems like the supernovas have finally managed to drive her into a corner. One Piece Episode 1066
The epic battle at the performance floor, Big Mom vs Kid and Law continues to rage on in Episode 1066 and is about to reach its climax. Both Kid and Law are near their limits with the former nearly hanging at death’s doorstep.
Big Mom is visibly frustrated and is being pushed to her limits as well. Outside Onigashima, Momonosuke is trying his best to pull the floating island away from the Flower Capital.
The highlight of this episode is when Big Mom finally snaps and summons her homie Misery, an amalgamation of her usual homies to unleash Mother’s Visit Cannon: 3,000 Leagues of Misery, which managed to slice Kid’s metallic bull in half.
After an extended struggle following that, Law finally signals Kid to do something after declaring that Big Mom’s Era has ended. Kid prepares Damned Punk to launch Big Mom through the hole created by Law’s Puncture Wille.
Big Mom’s Fall
One Piece Episode 1066 heavily hints at Big Mom’s defeat through Kid’s Damned Punk and Law’s Puncture Wille. Given that Gear 5 is just around the corner and how all the lead performers were defeated, this isn’t too far-fetched to assume.

The title of an Emperor is no folly and both Big Mom and Kaido have proven this time and time again. Her cocky demeanour alongside her absolutely terrifying Devil Fruit indicates that she has more tricks up her sleeve than she chooses to reveal.
This is further proven by the fact that in the manga, Big Mom manages to escape from Kid and Law’s final trap. However, her victory is short-lived as the Supernovas swiftly deal with her, sending her to a fiery grave.
Will She Return?
Big Mom was officially defeated in One Piece Chapter 1040, which should be adapted by Episode 1067. Soon after her defeat, she was joined by Kaido after his defeat at the hands of Luffy. Both these behemoths were sent directly into Wano’s Magma Chamber, which led to the eruption of the underwater volcano beneath Wano.
It is quite hard to believe that she could’ve survived something like that, especially after being pushed to her absolute limit. But given Oda’s love for fake deaths and her Soul-Soul powers, there is a slight sliver of a chance that she is alive, although it is rather negligible.
