Will Baldur’s Gate 3 have co-op?
The highly anticipated role-playing game Baldur’s Gate 3 is finally releasing next week on PC and Google Stadia. However, there are still some burning questions that fans want to be answered. One of them is whether the game will feature any sort of co-op mode.

Interestingly, early this year developer Larian Studios spoke on this matter and has confirmed some of what we may expect from the game when it launches next week. Baldur’s Gate 3 features four-player online multiplayer, alongside an option to play split-screen via two players couch co-op.
It is refreshing to see split-screen mode returning to video games at the end of a generation where it was almost laid to death. Hopefully, more and more PC games will trace back its root to when couch co-op was a part of pop-culture.
Baldur’s Gate 3 launches via early access on October 6, 2020.
