17-year-old Xochitl Gomez took home the title alongside Val Chmerkovskiy which also marked his third win as a pro dancer on the ABC series. Life and career of the Dancing with the Stars winner
The LA-based actress might seem familiar to Marvel fans as she featured in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as America Chavez in 2022. She made her pro debut in 2018 with Disney Channel’s Raven’s Home and went on to star in Netflix’s comedy series, The Baby-Sitters Club.
At such a young age, Xochitl Gomez’s Dancing with the Stars win is not the first time she has tasted success. She won the Young Artist Award in 2020 for her work in Shadow Wolves as a supporting actress. She was also named in the prestigious Forbes 30 Under 30 list in the same year.
