Excitement is in the air as the long-awaited Assassin’s Creed Mirage has finally made its debut! AC fans have been eagerly awaiting this latest addition to the Assassin’s Creed franchise, and it doesn’t disappoint. Mirage is brimming with mysteries to solve, and one of the most intriguing among them is the enigma. In this article, we’ll dive deep into the world of Assassin’s Creed Mirage to uncover what enigmas are and how to unravel them.
What are Enigmas in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?
Baghdad is a city teeming with secrets, such as secret orders, ruthless mercenaries for hire, and even lost books. However, none of these mysteries hold a candle to the enigmas.
- Enigmas are unique two-part puzzles scattered throughout Baghdad.
- The first part involves locating a collectible, often a cryptic message, drawing, or riddle.
- This collectible then leads you to the second part, which is the treasure itself.
- These clues can take various forms, ranging from a child’s drawing to a cryptic poem or even the ramblings of a madman.
Unraveling enigmas in Assassin’s Creed Mirage can be a challenging endeavor. The riddles provided often offer frustratingly vague details, while the accompanying maps provide only simple clues like “look under the tree” or, in one bizarre instance, eerie sketches that only serve to further perplex. But fear not; we’re here to guide you to every enigma treasure location in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, providing solutions to each puzzle.
All Assassin’s Creed Mirage Enigmas
Let’s take a closer look at the enigmas in Assassin’s Creed Mirage, organized by the regions where they are located.
Abbasiyah

A Challenge
Located on the balcony of a building south of the Scriptorium, “A Challenge” presents itself in the form of a poetic riddle. It directs you to a building east of the Gate of Tahir.
- To find this building, look between two waterwheels.
- Head to the upper floor window, break the latch using a throwing knife and discover the treasure on the ground floor.
- Your reward for completing this enigma is the Black Rostam outfit dye.

Delight by the Dome
The “Delight by the Dome” enigma awaits atop a mosque just outside the Round City walls.
- Once you have the delightful drawing in hand, head over to the Dome of the Ass (this is actually what it’s called).
- You’ll find the treasure on the outskirts of the building grounds, near a small body of water.
- Completing this enigma will earn you the Mysterious Talisman.

The Gift
You can locate “The Gift” enigma on the left side of Abbasiyah, atop a building covered in foliage. This clue tells of a scorned lover who cast their ‘gift’ into the river near a gate renowned for its markets.
- The treasure has floated downriver, now lying outside the city limits, past the Muhawwal Gate and next to the first bridge.
- Complete “The Gift” enigma to receive the Knight’s Talisman.
Harbiyah

A Holy Hoard
The “A Holy Hoard” enigma can be found just outside the Round City walls, south of the Khurasan Gate Guardhouse.
- This simplistic drawing points to a location surrounded by water on three sides near a religious building.
- This treasure is located on the north coast of Harbiyah, near a large tree where the land juts out.
- Upon completion, you’ll be rewarded with the Tan Abbasaid Knight outfit dye.

Find What I Stole
The “Find What I Stole” enigma is situated southwest of the Qutrabbul Gate, under a tarp surrounded by trees. This hastily written message penned by a fleeing thief describes where they left the treasure, urging you to look out for colorful fabric from above.
- The treasure lies in a small gazebo in the Soap Boilers area’s central square.
- Successfully solve this enigma to receive the Black Zanj Uprising outfit dye.

Left Behind
The “Left Behind” enigma can be found next to a corpse in a house south of the Metal Factory. This crude, almost childlike drawing depicts a coastline with smoke billowing from a building and a lion in the bottom right corner.
- The treasure is located in the abandoned village on the bottom left corner of the map, right on the coast.
- The reference to a lion in the drawing leads to two captive cheetahs, which you must confront before collecting the treasure.
- Completing this enigma will reward you with the Horned Lion Talisman.
Round City

A Gift For You
The “A Gift For You” enigma is located southwest of the Palace of the Green Dome, in some upper-floor living quarters.
- This written clue mentions a gift from one lover to another, left in the small fountain west of the Malazim Courts.
- Solve this enigma to obtain the Bedouin Talisman.

Just Rewards
The “Just Rewards” enigma can be found in the Basra Gate on the eastern side of the Round City. This crude drawing depicts a large fort, its training area, and a prominent marker indicating the loot’s location.
- The fort in question is the Shurta Headquarters, and the treasure is situated next to its southern wall.
- Successfully solving this enigma will earn you the Black Abbasid Knight outfit dye.
Wilderness

Reap from the Ruins
The “Reap from the Ruins” enigma can be found in a building in the southwestern corner of Jarjaraya. This eerie page, seemingly torn from the Necronomicon, portrays decrepit ruins and a bare tree, marking the loot’s location.
- These ruins are located in the far southeastern corner of the map, within marshland.
- The tree stands behind the ruins, and completing this enigma grants you the Eldrich Talisman.

Surrender
Lastly, the “Surrender” enigma is located on the northeastern corner of the Tomb of Zubaydah area. It tells the tale of a man who fled his home due to flooding, leaving treasure behind.
- You’ll find the Surrender loot at the northernmost point of the Wilderness, in the village of Ukbara, outside a half-submerged house.
- Complete this enigma to obtain the Rebel’s Talisman.
