BTS Jin goes viral after sharing images on Instagram

The beloved hyung line of BTS came in one frame after a long while, making fans emotional. On August 6, BTS Jin uploaded two new pictures on his personal Instagram handle after over two months. The image included a selfie of the worldwide handsome taken at the backstage of D-DAY Encore Day Final Concert with RM, SUGA, and j-hope.

The pictures quickly went viral for their sentimental value as Jin is currently fulfilling his duty as a citizen of South Korea by serving his mandatory military enlistment. ARMYs were surprised to see him and j-hope attend the concert in between their enlistment. However, it appears that the members especially scheduled their holiday together to visit and support their fellow bandmate’s solo concert.

Fans attending the concert in person, and via online streaming were already over the moon when Jin and j-hope joined them in the audience to cheer SUGA. Subsequently, the selfies uploaded on Jin’s Instagram further added to the fans’ excitement as they finally witnessed the hyung (older brother) line of BTS in one frame.

  • ARMYs quickly took to social media to share their overflowing emotions of joy celebrating this small reunion. They shared that the images triggered the memories of watching the members together and reminded them just how much they have been missing such sweet moments.

Earlier maknae (younger brother) line of BTS, consisting of Taehyung, Jimin, and Jungkook also attended SUGA’s D-DAY final concert in July. ARMYs who dearly missed the other members during that time felt happy to see them enjoying themselves together.

  • Fancams of the members joining ARMYs waving their ARMY Bombs (their official light stick) together and dancing along to the songs also went viral on Twitter. Needless to say that fans were once again reminded of the charming visuals of the members and the joy of their presence.

Highlights from SUGA’s D-DAY Encore Final in Seoul

The final concert of SUGA’s solo tour D-DAY Encore was filled with memorable moments. Jin, RM, and j-hope joined the ARMYs in the stadium to shout and cheer SUGA like true fanboys. During this moment, ARMYs pointed their cameras toward Jin and he jokingly hid his face after overcoming with shyness.

  • At one point, Jin and j-hope saluted to the camera playing along with their fans. Apart from their visit, SUGA also revealed his ‘7’ tattoo on the back of his shoulder completing the set. The singer also teared up while singing Dear My Friend and AMYGDALA.

  • RM also joined the D-DAY singer on stage to perform Strange from D-2 and Wild Flower (feat. Youjeen) from his album Indigo. The beloved leader also gifted the preview of his upcoming track to ARMYs and disclosed that this will be his last stage performance before military enlistment.

  • RM had previously revealed in a Weverse livestream that the BTS members, including V, Jimin, SUGA, Jungkook, and himself will serve in the mandatory military service in the upcoming months. He was initially going to enlist along with j-hope, but due to the pending schedule postponed it for a later month.
  • SUGA, as well, added that he can not confirm a date for the enlistment he wishes to just look forward to BTS’ reunion in 2025. Meanwhile, Jin who was the first member to enlist in the military will complete the service by June 2024.
