On August 23, Korean news outlets reported spotting Jungkook and Cha Eun Woo sharing a meal at the ‘Fisherman’s Busan’ restaurant. Following the early reports, fans discovered that SVT Mingyu also joined the duo for a small 97-liners’ reunion.

- For the unversed, the 97-liners’ is an affectionate name for the friendship squad including Jungkook, SEVENTEEN Mingyu, DK, The8, Cha Eun Woo, NCT Jaehyun, GOT7 Yugyeom, and BamBam. The group became popular after BamBam shared a backstage image with a caption celebrating the 97-liners. Later, the BTS’ golden maknae also confirmed the members of the group in a Bangtan Bomb.
- The group has often gone viral for their meet-ups as their fans unite upon seeing them hang out together. Along with the recent pictures of Jungkook, Mingyu, and Eun Woo’s get-together, some rumored anecdotes of the night also went viral.

One of the anecdotes was the restaurant owner asking for their IDs to confirm their ages before serving them alcohol. Another rumor was that when a Vietnamese student waiting that night asked to confirm their identities the trio kept hilariously denying it.
- Moreover, Cha Eun Woo asked the Vietnamese student where she was from and asked her how to say hello in their language to greet them. The student also mentioned that the trio behaved humbly and with consideration while enjoying their time together.

All three of the K-pop idols wore casuals while looking as handsome as ever. Some of the fans expressed disappointment as BTS Jungkook’s hair appeared shorter. However, considering the recent heat it is natural for him to get a more comfortable haircut.
