The new story trailer for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has been released recently. We knew about the casting of Kit Harington (who plays the popular character Jon Snow in the Game of Thrones series) and Conor McGregor (a UFC featherweight champion and professional martial artist).
Kit Harington and Conor McGregor are the bad guys
In the new story trailer, we get to know that Kit Harington and Conor McGregor will be playing negative roles in the new Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Harington plays Admiral Salem Kotch, a sweeping angry space corps leader. On the other hand, McGregor plays Captain Bradley Fillion – an enemy who prefers the hands-on approach to fighting, as fans expected very much.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s powerful narrative
Activision promises breakthrough storytelling. They also mentioned a powerful narrative design for the upcoming game in the same announcement that also notified us of Harington’s villain role: Kit Harington Takes Villainous Turn in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
With this trailer, Call of Duty Infinite Warfare is expected to hit with a good story. A fast-paced, full of action, (mostly space based) combative, and space flying story.
Should we change our opinion now?
People are already talking hotly about Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Boards and forums are full of “RIP Battlefield 1” posts. So shall we change our opinion about Infinite Warfare now?
You all know how there was a hate against the game just a few weeks ago. We also covered it in our Infinite Hate Story piece.
But if the narrative is this strong and plot this immersive, we should really be receptive to good things happening with Infinite Warfare.
And… the graphics
The graphics of the game would be thrilling, just like how this story trailer was. All those space battle effects must be a CPU consuming force but Infinite Warfare surely promises great graphics.
We’re yet to experience true gameplay, but from the visuals we have by now – we can presume that playing Infinite Warfare ourselves would be pretty amazing as well.
We can’t conclude whether the game’s going to be the best 2016 FPS or just a “decent” one. With the story trailer, the game shows some promise but we should still wait up and let the movie progress further.
