Could a Yakuza 3 remaster on PS4 be on its way to the West?
It seems that an announcement from Sega at Gamescom 2019 may well have been spoiled.
At one point, on a Gamescom itinerary published by German games network Rocket Beans, the schedule had a spot for Yakuza 3 on Wednesday, which has since been removed.
The Yakuza 3 announcement, which has long been mooted for a PS4 remaster release in the West, was spotted by ResetEra forum members, who managed to grab a screenshot of the schedule before it was updated.
Since being changed, the Yakuza 3 spot has now been replaced with a nondescript “Atlus game” segment.
There is no official word on a Yakuza 3 remaster for the PS4 in the West and at this moment its announcement is pure speculation.
