New Feature – Legacy Graphics Emulation
A standout feature of this patch is the introduction of a third visual style for Diablo II Resurrected. In addition to Legacy and Resurrected themes, we can now select ‘Glide’. It is a mode that uses hardware acceleration and bilinear filtering to recreate the original images in a more realistic manner.
-
- ‘GDI’ emulates the software rasterization of the original legacy game and does not apply any filtering
- ‘Glide’ emulates the hardware-accelerated backend of the original legacy game with bilinear filtering
- ‘Resurrected’ uses the Glide emulation with additional fixes in place to address an artifact that would occur with the original Glide rendering

After the release of the ladder season, the game competition has become very fierce, and a little relaxation will cause you to drop a lot on the leaderboard. Really need to put more time into the game.
