One of the most anticipated gaming releases this year is Blizzard Entertainment’s fourth installment in the Diablo series. With the beta version out, a lot of players are looking for the best method to farm ‘legendaries’ in Diablo 4. If you’re one of them, then you’ve come to the right place! In this article, we will be giving you the best method we’ve seen so far to effectively and quickly farm legendaries in Diablo 4. Stay with us!
The best method to farm legendaries in Diablo 4 beta is through Quests and Bounties
If you’re looking for the best and most efficient way to farm legendary items, we have got you covered. According to YouTuber Mattjestic MultiGaming, the best method to do this is by clearing dungeons, crafting legendary codices, and using aspects from legendaries to improve your current gear. Check out the full video below:
Players should also familiarize themselves with ‘gambling’ or rerolling your stats on golden gear to get your preferred numbers in Diablo 4.
Bounties
If you’re only new to Diablo 4, then you should know that Bounties are side quests that offer great rewards to players who complete them. This means that although it is optional to take on Bounties, you have the chance to obtain ‘legendaries’ or legendary items in Diablo 4.
- It’s important to note that Bounties can be done on any difficulty. However, the higher the difficulty of a Bounty is, the greater the drops. With that being said, it’s important to be prepared before taking on Bounties.
- From the video linked above, you can check out the content creator’s own build. According to them, this is the most efficient build they have to farm legendaries in Diablo 4.
Clear dungeons and defeat bosses (rinse and repeat)
Dungeon runs in Diablo 4 can net players up to three legendary items after completion. Be warned that it will get repetitive at one point, so you need all the patience you can get if you really want to farm legendaries in Diablo 4.
- After every run, it’s important to save any legendaries you get even if they are at a lower level. The reason behind this is you can use these lower level items to upgrade the stats on your current gear. You also save time farming by doing this instead of only picking up legendaries with higher stats.
Completing random events and challenges
One of the other best methods to farm legendaries in Diablo 4 is by participating in different kinds of events and challenges. Veteran Diablo players know that you shouldn’t let an opportunity to participate in a random event or challenge pass you by. This is also the same case for Diablo 4. While you are here, check out BabbleOn’s method to farm legendaries in Diablo 4 beta:
Once players complete these events or challenges, they are rewarded with chests containing legendary items. These items have the ability to make defeating enemies and progressing through the game much easier.
Exchange your Murmuring Obols
Obols are dropped by doing World Events on your map. Some of the ways to unlock World Events is by talking to an NPC and triggering them, or by waiting for a Random Event to show up on your map.
Once you have a good amount of these Obols in your inventory, speak to Lizveth. This NPC is found somewhere in Kyovashad. All you have to do is speak to her and exchange your Murmuring Obols to purchase randomly generated items.
Make the most out of Diablo 4 in beta
The game officially launches in June 2023. The Early Access beta weekend has only recently concluded. Players who missed out have a chance to join the open beta from March 24 until March 27, 2023. During this time, you should make the most out of Diablo 4 and test out all kinds of builds before it exits beta testing.
