Purradise Meowscles is a premium reward in the Fortnite Battle Pass. The first step to getting this skin is purchasing the Battle Pass. To activate and unlock the premium rewards in the Battle Pass, you need 950 V-Bucks.

If you have already purchased the Fortnite Battle Pass now that the servers are back up, you need to wait until around July. Since Purradise Meowscles is this season’s secret skin, he will have his questline before you can unlock him. This is just like how players could unlock the Eren Yeager skin from the Attack on Titan collaboration last season.
Multiple sources claim that the quests for Purradise Meowscles will be available on July 6, 2023, so be sure to start playing by then!
