Constellations play a big factor in this tier list
In Genshin Impact, you get a character’s constellations if you pull for them again after you get them. Most characters in the game get stronger depending on how many constellations they have activated. We also considered that before coming up with this tier list. But on the other hand, there are characters who are naturally strong without the need for a constellation. Nonetheless, constellations are still important if you want to maximize the capabilities of whichever character you want.
Who is the best character in Genshin Impact?
If we talk about which character stands out the most in Genshin Impact, it has to be Raiden Shogun. Forget the fact that other players say she’s overrated. She’s definitely overpowered and a great addition to your team. Moreover, her skillset even at C0 is amazing which is why Raiden Shogun’s banners (both her initial banner and rerun) are one of the highest grossing banners in Genshin Impact.
If you’re looking for an incredible DMG dealer for your team, you should definitely consider saving up your Primogems for Raiden Shogun in case she gets another rerun.
