Genyu rerun to be featured in Genshin Impact 3.6: Nilou, Nahida, and more characters may appear
The Reddit link highlights that patch 3.6 will feature Nahida, Nilou, Baizhu, and Ganyu. This data has been collected from the version’s beta testing and is likely to come true. It also goes further to say that Baizhu and Ganyu will be in the second half, whereas Nahida and Nilou will be in the first.
Here is another leaker who is confident about the potential Ganyu rerun along with the other 5-Star characters for Patch 3.6 of the game. Note that the information is still questionable and will remain so unless HoYoverse comes up with an official announcement.
More insight into the banner
As revealed by HoYoverse, Baizhu is the character that will be added to the game in Genshin Impact 3.6. Travelers were introduced to him during the Liyue Archon Quest back in the first year of the game.
It only makes sense that he will be arriving with Ganyu, the Adeptus hybrid from Liyue. Not many people expected her banner rerun in the upcoming version. She is still one of the peak Cryo DPS characters in the game that some players want to pull for.
As for the other characters in version 3.6, the leaks suggest Nahida and Nilou. Should the information turn out to be correct, both of them will get their first rerun after the official release.
Nahida is the Dendro archon that players should have in their account due to her insane usability and elemental application. As for Nilou, she is an extremely niche Hydro character that excels in one of the most broken Bloom teams in the game.

Finally, the Twitter post for speculation and reference of how the patch 3.6 banners will look in-game. The first half of the weapon banner will presumably have A thousand Floating Dreams (Nahida’s weapon) with the Key of Khaj-Nisut (Nilou’s weapon).
As for the second half, it will be Amos Bow (for Ganyu) with Jadefall’s Splendor (Baizhu’s signature weapon).

Mero, a reliable source for Genshin Impact leaks, disclosed the details about the Jadefall’s Splendor. The weapon grants Elemental Damage upon casting the ultimate. The character equipping it can get a maximum of 12% damage based on their max HP. It should be kept in mind however that the weapon passive is subject to change in the release of version 3.6.
