Genshin Impact: Free Wind Glider and Primogems Makes Fans Happy
miHoYo has decided to give out 4 batches of anniversary awards to appease fans. The first batch includes a new Wind Glider skin and 400 Primogems as a part of the anniversary awards now. The three other rewards have not been revealed yet.
The awards will reach players through the in-game mail, where they are also reminded about the Genshin Impact Online Concert that is set to take place on the 3rd of October. Players on Asian servers will be receiving the rewards first, followed by players on American and European servers.

Free Wind Glider and Primogems
While some fans are coming out in support of the awards, some of the fans are still disappointed in the way fans have been treated. Some have said that the skin and the Primogems are usual awards; that they do not count as anniversary rewards, calling the awards damage control.
- The Wings of Shimmering Galaxy was initially part of a paid bundle.
- miHoYo is effectively giving away paid items for free. In addition, if players receive 400 Primogems in each batch of rewards, they will be able to have ten free pulls on any banner.

While not all fans are happy with the rewards being rolled out, there is a significant section of the fans who are satisfied, given that they are yet to receive three more batches of awards! We will have to wait and see what items are in store for players, and how their reactions are going to be when they receive all of them.
