Genshin Impact Sumeru Map

Hey, Travelers! Genshin Impact’s update may just be around the corner, and we’ll give you the details of the latest Sumeru Map leak that we have found. Stick with us!

Genshin’s Regions

Genshin Impact currently offers three regions to explore in the game: Inazuma, Liyue, and Mondstadt. However, there are a total of seven different nations in the game, and they are starting to introduce them one by one annually (if our calculations are right!).

The arrival of a new nation this year is the most awaited update in Genshin. Sumeru region is probably set to launch on Genshin’s 3.0 major updates. Although during the live stream of the Genshin’s 2.8 updates, they mentioned that the region’s release is just around the corner. There is no definite and specific date yet for its release but leaks have been everywhere, including the latest Sumeru map. So let’s start!

Sumeru Map Leak

There are numerous leaks circulating around the Internet while waiting for the Sumeru update in Genshin Impact. A Redditor and a Genshin Impact leaker, GI_DivineGaze, posted a two-minute and half video of a character exploring the Ruin Guard. A lot of fans recognized this place as the leaked Sumeru map. It is huge as the character was not able to go around the place within the duration of the video. There is no other information on this yet, but you can watch the video below.

Additionally, the Sumeru region introduced the new Dendro element in the game, with new characters as well. The map leak that we will show below came from a newly trusted dataminer, Naevis, with a visual of some of the region’s parts. There has not been any information more on this leak, but these visuals are stunning!

More About The Sumeru Region

However, it is mentioned that the whole region may not be able to play all at once. Travelers can expect map extensions every update until the whole map is accessible for all. The Sumeru region is expected to be a magical and mysterious map with deserts and rainforests for players to explore.

Moreover, older leaks have mentioned that the Sumeru nation may be large than the Liyue region, well, it might be the largest map in the game if this is true! Also, Genshin Impact has confirmed the aforementioned Dendro element, along with more elemental reactions that would come in genshin as the game develops. New characters that are playable for this update would be Collei, Dori, Tighnari, and maybe more!

We have found another piece of information on how to get to Sumeru. This is from a group of players on Reddit who discovered a tunnel leading to the Chasm, so this may be the direction or the way to the newest map!

Genshin Impact is available for play on mobile, PC, PlayStation4, and PlayStation5. Nintendo Switch platform may be able after its development.
