Genshin Impact Update 2.6: Downtime and Free Primos!
The 2.6 update for Genshin Impact is going alive on March 30. Because of this update, Genshin Impact servers will undergo maintenance. Additionally, travelers will get Primogems for every hour that the game is in maintenance. Read below for the complete schedule for Genshin Impact 2.6 update.

The 2.6 maintenance will start on March 30 at 6:00 am (UTC+8) and will go on for an estimated five hours. It will most likely end around 11:00 am (UTC+8) so players are advised to finish daily quests and farming before the servers go down.
Moreover, travelers will receive 300 Primogems in their in-game mail as compensation for the new version update. But to receive the free Primogems, travelers should be in Adventure Rank 5 or above.
What is the new update all about?
After endless leaks and speculations about his character, travelers can finally pull for Kamisato Ayato through his limited-time banner. Furthermore, the 2.6 update introduces a new archon quest as well as access to The Chasm.
If you’re unfamiliar with The Chasm, it’s the inaccessible region in Liyue. But in the new update, travelers can finally explore and understand the secrets that lie deep in The Chasm.

There are also other events in the 2.6 update where we’ll see notable characters from Liyue and Mondstadt traveling all the way to Inazuma. Familiar faces like Xingqiu, Klee, Venti, and Albedo are arriving to the Raiden Shogun’s area based on previous leaks about the events.
