Goku Will Not Be The Only Playable Character In Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
The latest issue of V-Jump reveals that Goku will not be the only playable character in the action RPG developed by CyberConnect2, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot.
As revealed by the magazine, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan will also appear as playable characters. Vegeta, in particular, can be used starting from the Namek Planet, therefore in the Freeza saga. Jiaozi, Tenshinhan, Crilin, and Yamcha will appear instead as supportive characters. They will respond to the player’s actions and can perform moves in combination with those of the protagonist wherever possible.
Despite the success of the Xenoverse series and of Dragon Ball FighterZ, the choice for this new game linked to the franchise has fallen on a much more immersive and story-driven experience. This will be mainly focused on Goku.
This new Dragon Ball once again tells the story of the Z saga, overused and inflated. But, it still remains a game on which to pay close attention.
We recall that the release of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is scheduled for early 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
